
Jason Statham is on LinkedIn and is Open To Work as part of a campaign for his upcoming movie, A Working Man.
The actor, 57, is set to take on a new action-packed role in A Working Man, an action thriller film directed by David Ayer, and co-written by Sylvester Stallone.
The synopsis reads: ‘Levon Cade left behind a decorated military career in the black ops to live a simple life of working construction.
‘However, when human traffickers kidnap his boss’s daughter, his search to bring her home uncovers a world of corruption far greater than he ever could have imagined.’
The Taken-esque style movie has created a lot of excitement online, and in a new marketing campaign move, a LinkedIn page has been made for Jason Statham’s character.
The profile is in Jason’s name with his current role described as ‘A Working Man/ Solider of Fortune at Self Employed)
The profile nods to some of the actors most famous former roles such as The Beekeeper and The Transporter : ‘Open to work: Construction Foreman, Transporter, Mechanic, Secret Agent and Beekeeper roles.’

Fans loved the marketing ploy and took to social media to joke about the profile.
‘Had no idea that Jason Statham was #OpenToWork but he’s got a LinkedIn page now 😂 I can vouch for him. His past experience as a beekeeper, transporter, and mechanic has made him uniquely qualified for his new role as #AWorkingMan,’ said TheJonathanSim.
