A woman who went viral for a steamy moment with Usher during his Past Present and Future tour has revealed what really went down.

Over the weekend, Jimalita Tillman, from Chicago, set TikTok on fire after a clip of the My Boo singer singing passionately to her was viewed 7.8M times.

In it, Jimalita appears to be writhing around in pleasure as Usher, 46, maintains intense eye contact at the gig at London’s O2.

He had approached her during song There Goes My Baby in which Usher handed out cherries from a bowl to the female audience to eat.

Rumours soon began to swirl that the raunchy interaction with Usher had caused her marriage to go up in flames.

Now, though, Jimalita has spoken out about whether the Burn popstar really did wreck her relationship, who she said ‘smelled like vacation’ and was ‘magnetic.’

The retired homeschool mum said the Yeah! star singled her out in the 20,000-strong crowd and ‘brought her closer’.

Obviously, she had no choice but to ‘lock in.’

Jimalita, who runs the Harold Washington Cultural Center and leads their award-winning theatre group in Chicago, recalled to Chicago’s WGN9:  brought out all the Broadway magic that I had, but it was easy! He has a magnetic personality.

‘And I’m really excited about this opportunity because now Harold Washington is getting a lot of play and people are following things my daughter is doing.’

However, claims that Usher is a ‘homewrecker’ are categorically not true because Jimalita is single.

She said: ‘That is completely false. I am single. I am a retired homeschool mom looking to expand the arts here and across the pond. I am single. You got a cherry, give me a jingle.’

Jimalita said she has not been in touch with Usher since they locked eyes as she does not want to make him feel ‘uncomfortable.’

She added: ‘I am embracing the moment. The moment was beautiful. But when it comes to fan fiction or whatever that story is that’s out there, I am single. I am so happy the way Chicago has been supporting me.’

Metro’s Alicia Adejobi gave Usher’s Past Present Future tour  4.5 out of 5 stars and said it was a ‘near-flawless performance.’

She wrote: ‘Despite some of these songs being released more than 20 years ago, they felt brand new and Usher gave each one the attention they deserved.

‘He may have nothing to prove but these throwback moments did provide the chance for Usher to show that he’s still got it and has no struggles with the body-popping choreography he perfected in his 20s.’

Aside from his eight-night residency at La Seine Musicale in Paris in 2023, his current tour is his first European performances since the 2015 UR Tour.

Last year, he had to reschedule some of his series of dates in the US due to a neck injury he sustained during rehearsals.

Usher was propelled to fame in 2004 by his record Confessions, which went number one, secured a Grammy win, and featured his biggest hits Yeah!, Burn, Confessions Part II and My Boo.

Usher, who has served as a coach on the US version of The Voice, has also dipped his toe into the world of acting, appearing in films including comedy Hustlers and thriller Light It Up, as well as teen show Moesha and horror movie The Faculty.
