Georgia Toffolo has shared a video of herself undertaking a surprisingly affordable but unusual health treatment.
Georgia, also known as Toff, is best known for appearing on Made in Chelsea and winning I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2017.
Last month she also announced she’d tied the knot with Brewdog co-founder James Watt, 42, with the pair revealing they’d eloped.
However, the couple have recently faced backlash for ‘tone-deaf’ statements on work-life balance and were accused of ‘rage-baiting’ when speaking about their relationship.
Now Georgia has opened up about stepping up as a stepparent and the challenges it brings…including being distracted while undertaking health treatments.
Posting on Instagram this week, she wrote: ‘”How is it being a step mum?”…is my most asked question. This video sums it up.

‘I really didn’t expect at 30 to end up marrying someone with children, such an unexpected life thing.
‘Thank goodness I did…it is quite extraordinary how much I love them. They enrich my life so greatly and I feel so lucky.’
What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the delivery of oxygen to the body by providing pure oxygen in an enclosed space with higher-than-normal air pressure.
Conditions that can be treated with this include decompression sickness, serious tissue disease or wounds, trapped air bubbles in blood vessels, carbon monoxide poisoning, and tissue damage from radiation therapy.
According to the Mayo Clinic, the goal of this therapy is to get more oxygen to tissues damaged by disease, injury or other factors.
The effects on the body include enhancing the growth of new blood vessels and tissue and supporting immune system activity.
It is generally a safe procedure, with serious complications being rare.
She continued: ‘Feels wrong to not address what I’m sat inside of…it is a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.’
Georgia then went on to share that hyperbaric oxygen therapy ‘essentially helps your body to heal by breathing pure oxygen in a special chamber with high air pressure which lets your blood carry more oxygen which speeds up healing and recovery’.

‘I’ve tried so many biohacking trends over the years but the hyperbaric packs serious punch. Also has the most mind-blowing science backed research behind it. I’d live in here if I could. Over and out from the baby biohacker.’
In the video she posted, Georgia is inside the chamber wearing a mask connected to tubes.
James has two daughters from a previous relationship, who can be heard singing and chanting outside, with one also holding up signs that read ‘We love Toff’ and ‘What are u doing?’

Clearly bored and wanting Georgia to get out, they then keep asking her how long until the treatment is finished.
Despite sounding like it could be an expensive undertaking, hyperbaric oxygen therapy costs about £80 for a 30-minute session.
What do we know about Georgia Toffolo and James Watt’s relationship?
Georgia and James were set up on a date by a mutual friend in the summer of 2023.
They confirmed their relationship in November that year, posting a series of photos together on holiday on Instagram.
At the time many people were shocked by the coupling, with one joking they were a ‘wild combo’.
They went on to announce their engagement in October last year.
‘James asked me to marry him,’ she wrote in a post on Instagram that revealed her huge diamond engagement ring. It really was the best moment of my life so far. I never knew I could feel happiness like this. The easiest, quickest yes to being your wife. @brewdogjames.
‘Our love story is my favourite. How we managed to find each other out of billions of people out there will always be my greatest blessing. I love you forever and the magical life we’re building.’
Georgia was previously engaged to George Cottrell, a senior advisor to Nigel Farage. They began dating in 2019 and had an on-again-off-again relationship.
Meanwhile last year James announced that 17 years after co-founding BrewDog, he was stepping down as boss.
